I studied Electrical and Electronic Engineering at University College London (UCL) for my undergraduate degree and then completed a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence at Imperial College London. My PhD project focuses on using machine learning to improve HRTF (head-related transfer function) upsampling and to measure personalised HRTFs. The goal is to make virtual and augmented reality audio more immersive and tailored to individuals. This involves developing methods to accurately simulate how we hear sounds in real environments, enhancing the virtual audio experience.
